⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

During busy periods (e.g. winter), please allow extra time for delivery.

📦 Delivery Methods

We use trusted couriers and, where appropriate, our own local delivery team for orders near Exeter, Devon. Most logs are delivered in barrow bags or packaging designed to keep your firewood dry and secure.

Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery to your location. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

🔔 Receiving Your Order

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or provide safe delivery instructions at checkout. If the courier cannot deliver, redelivery or storage charges may apply.
