We supply kiln-dried, carbon-neutral hardwood logs, kindling, and fire-starting products. While we do our best to describe products accurately, natural variations may occur in size, colour, and shape due to the nature of wood.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated on the website. Delays may occur due to weather, stock levels, or courier issues. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of the product, returns may not be accepted for opened or used firewood unless faulty. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
